About

Spare Room is a little dream of ours*. A wide open (1600 sq ft!) studio space in SoDo Seattle’s Bemis Building (55 S. Atlantic) with lovely natural light, rustic hardwood floors and yes, even an exposed brick wall. But that’s only part of the dream. Spare room is a place to share. Style or shoot in our kitchen, teach (or attend) a cooking class, or maybe host your next dinner party. Just contact us for more information.

*Spare Room is managed by Lara Ferroni & Clare Barboza.
